What do we do?
We elaborate pork products in a traditional and artisanal way, using female selected pork.
How do we work?
In Conservas de Carne Cruset SA:
• We work following the good fabrication practices (BPF).
• We ask our suppliers to certify the absence of allergens in products supplied to us as well as all possible changes that may occur in order to avoid the entry of allergens in our facilities.
• We follow validated cleaning protocols.
• We perform external analysis.
• We perform a complete labeling of the product composition.
