History "Conservas de Carne Cruset"


Our little factory was born in 1920 in Figueres, where Conservas de Carne Cruset was founded, beginning as a slaughterhouse and devoted to the elaboration of pork products. In 1968 it became an artisan family-run business, specialized in the elaboration of first quality pork products, mainly canned extra york ham, catalan sausage, truffle catalan sausage, smoked bacon, and cooked and smoked bacon.
